We have another refreshing success story to share.

Our next homeowners began looking for a new home almost 9 months before they planned to move.  After looking at homes throughout the Twin Cities they decided to call River’s Edge home and selected a location.  Although they invested in a home with Medici before their house was ever on the market, this assured them that they would receive the location they desired at the price they preferred. 

While we started constructing their brand new home they also decided not to put their existing house on the market until they closed and moved into their new home.  At the same time, they also selected a lender who could accommodate their goals of closing on a new home while still owning their old house, by using common and available loan programs.  This allowed them to time their move conveniently and also allowed them to make minor repairs on their existing house after they moved out.

Once their brand new home was completed and they began to live their new carefree lifestyle, they prepared their old house so it was ready to sell.  Additionally, they chose one of our preferred Realtors to market their home.
