Limited Warranty Coverage Provided by Medici

One Year Coverage

During the 1-year period from and after the warranty date (closing date) the Medici warrants your home shall be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship and defective materials due to noncompliance with building standards. Covered items must fall within the performance standards defined in the Homeowner’s Manual.

Two Year Coverage

During the two-year-period from and after the warranty date (closing date), the home shall be free form defects caused by faulty installation of plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems due to noncompliance with building standards.  Medici also warrants materials and workmanship in the COMMON AREA to be free from defects for a period of two years from the filing of the Amendment of Completion for each particular phase of the community. Covered items must fall within the performance standards defined in the Homeowner’s Manual.

Ten Year Coverage

During the ten-year period from and after the warranty date (closing date) Medici warrants the home shall be free from major construction defects due to noncompliance with building standards.

Exclusions

These warranties are limited and further restrictions may apply.

Minnesota Statute

Please note where discrepancies arise between warranties described herein and Minnesota State Warranty Statute, Minnesota State Warranty Statute prevails.
