Warranty Information: Your Medici home is covered with extended Warranties for One-Year, Two-Year and Ten-Years from the date of your closing.  Please click here to view further details of your extended Home Warranty.

Service Request: There should not be many problems during the your warranty period, however if there are problems our Service Department is there to handle them promptly.  Please login here to submit a service request online or download a service request form to be faxed or emailed to our Service Department.  If the problem is an emergency please call 763-493-8955.

Guild Quality: As we strive to provide the best possible products and service, Medici Development partners with GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, to gather your feedback related to your experience.  After your closing GuildQuality will contact you to ask a series of questions, and Medici Development will use your responses to improve the quality of its service to homeowners.

Management Company: Community Association Group of Minnesota (CAGMN) is The Villas at River's Edge 3rd party property management group that will oversee the management of the association.  CAGMN has been hired by the Association to make sure maintenance on the exterior of your homes, the grounds and the clubhouse and pool remain at a high standards.  They also have maintenance people on hand that can assist in interior maintenance like changing those hard to reach light-bulbs or even the cleaning of your home.  CAGMN also makes sure the financials of the association are in order and remain current.  Since CAGMN has many relationships with contractors throughout the Twin Cities they can help achieve a higher standard of service at the most competitive pricing available.  Homeowners can login at any time to submit a service request or to ask any other questions of the management group.
